oh, sorry! I almost thought it was a cuckoo marans because of them being darker and everything, but I wasn't sure. I've never seen cuckoo marans in real life or ever owned one, so I thought that the lighter feathers thing only work on BRs. Sorry for the misunderstanding!

Here's a better pic of my guy. He was crowing this morning. It really sounds like a drunken hoarse rooster trying to crow. Pretty pathetic right now but a good laugh.

These are what they looked like when I first got them. So I don't hold it against the lady. I guess even if they are sex linked it can make it hard to tell.
