Before I start - yes I have spoken to a vet and am waiting for my appointment, I am just after some other opinions

This morning my ducks were fine, however in only a couple hours one retreated down and hid behind their pond; just standing not doing anything. She was not eating (though was still drinking) and wasn’t bothered by my patting her neck (usually a peeve of hers) I also noticed a tiny bit of mucus on her chest that I assume came from her mouth. She would not leave the corner and acting very unlike herself.
I called a couple vets and the only ones that knew how to treat ducks were a couple hours away (hence why I couldn’t take them today).
The vets didn’t say anything besides to bring her in if I were worried.

It has been a few hours now and she is eating and drinking however she coughed up some food and I have not seen her poop yet.

I have quarrentined off the pond for now and have set up her pen with fresh hay, electrolyte water and food away from my other duck.

Is there anything else I can do until I can get to the vet?

Does anyone have an idea of what could be wrong with my baby?

I'm sorry I don't have any help for you, my first thought is respiratory infection, impacted/sour crop, or might have gotten a little food lodged - You have done the right thing to set her up in her pen away from the others though - eating and drinking is always a good sign - especially drinking as birds dehydrate in record time, there are many knowledgeable and experienced people on here I'm going to tag a few - hopefully they'll be able to help. @Miss Lydia @chickens really @WVduckchick @Cayuga momma @PirateGirl @llombardo

Hmm... I don't know. It sounds like you are on the right track, keep her separate and warm, away from the others, with food and water where she can rest. I'm not sure your weather, but maybe a warm bath in the house in really clean water would help her feel a little better.

Is she quiet or loud? How is her feather condition? Has she laid an egg today? Or when was the last time she laid an egg? Was the last egg normal?

How does her crop feel? How does her abdomen feel? (you can compare to your other duck)

How does she walk? Normal? Does she have good balance?

I don't have answers but these are some things to look at and may help piece things together.

You can try a flush and see if that may help if she ate something she shouldn't have.
For respiratory you could try to put some vetrx in her water (its like vics).
Your doing a great job with keeping her warm and separated.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate the help

She is a Muscovy so she is very quiet naturally.
Her feathers are mostly fine, still shiny and sleek (a bit ruffled at the end of the tail but I suspect that’s because I’ve quarrentined the pool)
She hasn’t laid an egg for the past two days but since she started laying she will sometimes skip a day.

Her walk is normal but I haven’t felt her stomach yet, I wasn’t quite sure what to look for.

Thank you so much, what is a flush?
