Help I think my Hen is dying

Pedialtye can also be used. Gatorade (drink plentiful in US grocery stores) and Pedialtye (in most grocery stores and pharmacies here) need to be refrigerated once opened. Too few electroltyes isn't good but too many electroltyes isn't good either. Hard to know whether your hen needs any. A bit would probably be okay. In very hot weather where there's panting it can be helpful to spritz a bit on watermelon or something else they'll eat or drink.

Also, I don't know if she can see/hear the other chickens but that might brighten her spirits as well. Just to be near them but obviously not where they could touch her, might perk her up.

Gatorade is a thirst quenching drink that has electrolytes. Maybe you have something similar there. Obviously, you don't want caffein in the drink but just water, sugar, flavoring and electrolytes. In fact if nothing else, or until you find something else, just use a little sugar and water. Farm supplies carry powdered electrolytes. A pinch or two of jello flavoring or any tasty flavoring encourages the chicken to drink more.
