If you aren't washing your body and changing your clothes and bleaching your shoes after handling her then going near your other flock you don't have her quarantined now.

Can you post some photos of her?

What are the sniffles like - any discharge from the nostrils (mucous), coughing, sneezing, etc.?
Have you checked her over for any lice and mites?

Generally you will want to quarantine for at least 2weeks minimum, this way you can monitor her health. This is no guarantee that she doesn't have anything communicable or that she may pick up something from your flock when you introduce her.
