Help ID Breed: White head and neck with Barred body - Bantam Hen

Bumping an old post... I picked this guy up from the local feed store bantam bin. He is 5 weeks old, has made some awful attempts to crow (at least I think that was what it was. His legs are clean and a creamy/yellowish color. Doesn't seem to fit the Fayoumi or the Campine because of the leg color? Any ideas? Please and thank you!!!
