Help Identify Bantam Chicks

It was very fast, and we have been watching like hawks to see if any other birds act the same. Other than an egg bound hen they are all fine. One of our girls hatched out a tiny chipmunk striped baby. We are really hoping it's Blueberry s baby even though we don't have a self blue hen. It does look like we have two boys and two girls in the brooder (from TSC).
I'm sorry about your beautiful Drake. It's heart breaking to lose a pet, but gut wrenching when it's in such a violent way.

You are correct about the storms. We lost Bren's Serama, a blue silkie, a red frizzle, smooth red Cochin, three black Cochins, one frizzled, two smooth, and our only blue breasted red OEGB.
We have had more bird funerals than I care to think about. I hope the tide had turned and all will stay well. I hope the same for you and your daughter too.
Man it has been a rough year for birds for all of us! We got 6 more meaties as we call them tonight and hubs grabbed a couple barred rocks for my daughter. One of the chicks we hatched was black and she wanted a black one sooo bad

Yang, our Japanese girl is the only one unless there is one in the 1-2 week old brooder. (I doubt it though) My other daughter, Victoria choose a white and a black chick and named them Yin and Yang. Yin is looking like our buff laced sebright, which has us excited. We have one that is a year old, Toasted Marshmallow (Toast) and she is awesome. Her picture is my Avatar right now.
Our older group had 3 silver laced Cochins, 5 calico Cochins, 3partridge, a blue and a white Cochin. We have two Pyncheon, a white laced red Cornish, blue rosecomb, a couple white crested black polish and one white crested blue. Way to many cockrels!
Can I see a pic of your white crested blue? I’m debating if that’s what Pom Pom Is. I original thought white crested black but she’s looking awful grey (white to be honest I liked better lol)

I guess 50% is the standard, but it's a lot. If I have 60% cockerels, I might just shed a tear or 2. The Pyncheon is still completely skin colored and is very small and shy, so I'm not giving up on her remaining a her and keeping my percentage of cockerels at 50%. My very first 3 chicks turned out to be cockerels 100%. I still have them, but only one of them is a sweet intelligent bird. The others 2 are so bad and human aggressive that I can't even let them free range anymore. It's probably my fault more than theirs because I didn't act appropriately.
We had all those early losses in the bantam flock but I would guess we 6 pullets and 1 cockerel. We are down to 1. So far he’s a bit bird aggressive but super into people so I’m ok for the time being especially since he’s so freaking small lol

If he has short legs with yellow foot bottoms, he's a Black Japanese. Longer legs with pink foot bottoms = OEGB. :)

Barred OEGB, as shown by her build....love these little things! :love
Japanese then? I hope so I really like them lol. He’s a cool rooster so far.

#3 and #6 sound like D Uccles - I got a few of them by mistake with my bantam cochins and they were so small all the way up until grown. #3 looks like a Mille Fluer (gorgeous color when mature). #6 is obviously a white or light color but sounds like it may be a frizzle. Search "white frizzle d uccles" to see what it will look like. At first I thought frizzles were weird... I still think they are weird, but in a cute way :)

Thank you so much for your time! They're a bit older now and number 3 ended up being an incredibly handsome Mille Fleur booted bantam cockerel and number 6 is a super spoiled rotten white frizzle bantam Cochin cockerel. I agree with you about the frizzles being wierd, but they're so flipping adorable! I've wanted a frizzle for a while now and couldn't t believe we actually had one, so I am over the moon with him (and he knows it!!! My daughter is the one that spoiled him so much though)
