We lost a red Pyle to a neighbor's cat. We still have a silver duckwing hen, spangled hen, splash hen, bbr hen and our boy Blueberry. We are hoping for more colors out of the new chicks. I did give away a black pair this morning. For some reason the only solid black that appeal to me are the bantam Cochins.

He has the black/slate skin like my little chick! Hopefully I'll have one of these cuties. I'm super hopeful now as the dark skin was throwing me. I am so excited to see if they become what I'm thinking. Blueberry is so handsome! Thank you!

I think I’m losing one! I’m so sad. It’s barely moving and won’t drink unless I dip it. Not eating that I’ve seen. Just laying there all the time. Anyone have an idea?

OH no! I'm so sorry I missed this yesterday. Did you post in the emergency section by chance? I really hope this little chick has improved

I’m not even sure. I don’t think I did. It went downhill so fast and then I told my daughter to say goodbye she picked it up and it just died in her hand! She is heartbroken

I am really sorry. My heart just breaks for you and your daughter. How many chicks do you have left? Which chick died? I will keep you and your daughter in my thoughts and prayers
