Someone in our flock is laying the little white egg. Can you tell by the egg, what breed of bird layed it? There are 8 birds in the coop. 1 guinea, 7 unknown large chickens. They are yellow, red, black and white, gold and black.

I would almost be willing to bet money that the white eggs are from the guinea. Large fowl chickens typically don't lay eggs that small. If they do, it is only when they begin laying for the first time and they are not as perfectly shaped as those (usually the "peewee" eggs are mis-shappen or spheres).

IDK, my white Leghorn pullet eggs were peewee sized, but perfectly shaped in every way. In fact, thinking about it, I've never had misshapen or round pullet eggs. The pullet egg is the one on the right.

Pictures of your flock would help, but one thing you can check is to see which of your girls have white earlobes. It's not 100%, but often white earlobes mean white eggs and red lobes mean brown eggs.

But look at the shape of the eggs in the first picture compared to the ones in the second picture. The second are much more spherical. The ones in the first picture are more pointed at the end like a guinea hen egg would look.

take different shades of food coloring and apply to the vents of all the hens make sure you right down what color is on what hen and when the hens lay there will be food coloring on the eggs and then you will know who lays which egg and might even get to know who lays the most as well.
