Help Identifying Breed

Found this little dude when I was walking home. Can someone tell me what breed he might be? I think it’s a male, but I’m not sure. Still not sure if I want to keep him.Thanks!!

No, I live in Southern California. It was in the urban part of my city. Was living there for about 2 months, as far as I know nobody has claimed it to be theirs. Think I’ll keep her.

Thanks!! And what a coincidence lol. She’s pretty feisty, probably since she was living in the wild for all her life. The problem is getting my big girls to get along, but they do get punked by my leghorn so don’t think it’ll be a problem.
