Help identifying chick breed :)

yeah that would make sense but when I order some white giants last year there was runt we had to hand feed her and now she is doin' just fine

Thank you! I googled pictures of both the australorps and the black jersey giants and he/she looks like both of those to me, so I suppose could be either. It is not growing as fast as its comrades in the brooder. I'm not sure if this is part of whatever is making it have trouble with its legs or a breed trait? It is still walking on its hocks, although it seems to be lifting one hock up a little sometimes so hopefully that's progress.
 
meyer hatchery says in its description of black australorps: " From the time these chicks hatch until they are fully grown, their feathers have white tips" So maybe I will know if it is an australorp if it has white tips on its feathers when it starts to feather out?
 
I received a chick that looks a lot like a Black Australorp, but it has feathered out much more slowly than the other chicks. Here are several pictures at 3 weeks old. Do you think it's that breed? Is it a roo?

A good way to tell whether it's a jersey giant or an Australorp is to look at the bottom of the feet... If the foot pads are yellow, its a jersey, if they're pink its an Australorp ;)
