Help identifying growth or swelling on hens face

She is about 15 weeks old and started developing this problem around a week ago. It does not seem to be effecting her behavior or health. I have been cleaning the area and putting neosporin on it because it was cracking and bleeding.
Can anyone help identify this and give ideas of what to do?

It looks like a bacterial infection. I would try to treat with amoxiccillin.
