Help identifying snake ... does he need to go?

Sillystunt: I am so glad that you found that snake before your son did! Mocs are not good to have around. At least the rattlers will usually warn you as long as you do not totally surprise them.

Racer was messing with my chickens.....And your sarcasm, cough cough...DOINK!! My kids were trying to get it which sent everyone in a panic. My neighbor begged my hubby to kill it so he did! That one wasn't in the wood pile. Sorry i am from PHILLY i am use to drug dealers not snakes!

Ummm...the "serpent" in that was satan (not all or even a "real" snake) and the "seed of woman" was referring to christ. It is referencing the death and resurrection of christ when satan "bruised his heel" (temporary death) and christ "bruised his head" (loss of power for satan and eternal life for believers). *SIGH* I am an atheist and I even know that.

the point is Dead Snakes are good unlike live snakes that can eat your chickens....... this is a chicken website *SIGH*........maybe you could help us out and create a Snake website

Rats get eaten by snakes..
snakes do better good alive than dead. If you kill all the snakes.. no wonder you have a rat problem. I put my snakes under my house to make sure they eat the frogs , roaches, mice and other bugs that are under there.
And the ones I seen here on my land so far have not yet suceeded to get into my coop or run. And I have plenty of snakes .( I live on an acre surrounded by pretty thick woods)

Unless they accidently get under my mower or get run over by a car I wont kill em..
Now poisonous snakes in my yard .. I kill those simple cause of my kid , dog and cats.
Tennessee only has 4 species of poisonous snakes .. 99% of the ones I see here are non poisonous.. No need to kill them.
you move to the country or the swamp land.. you better start accepting the fact that you have snakes and whatnot. It allwayas cracks me up hearing people talk about the country living and then have a fit over snakes and the mentality that they need to kill everything on sight.
Keep killing every little harmless snake you see.. eventually the rats, mice, moles etc will overrun your place...
