HELP! IDIOT WEED SPRAYER!!!

SO I CAME HOME JUST NOW FROM WORK..LET THE CHICKENS OUT TO GRAZE FOR LITERALLY TWO MINUTES AND NOTICE SOMEONE SPRAYED OUR YARD. I QUICKLY PUT THEM UP AND NOTICED A BILL ON OUR DOOR...THE IDIOT SPRAYED THE WRONG LAWN!!! IM PANICKING THAT MY CHICKENS WILL GET SICK NOW...ANY ADVICE?? THEY WERE OUT FOR TWO MINUTES.

No experience with this so I hope someone with exp will answer you but I have read on here of people using activated charcoal for poisoning. I don't know the dosing or how it is administered, maybe tubing, but try searcing activated charcoal and see what you get until someone else answers.

I do know, though, that with poison time is really of the essence.

Call a poison control hotline. Google for a number in your area.

Def call a poison control center. Don't let them back in that area for a few weeks at least. Find out what sprays they used as well.

Worst case scenario, don't let that guy/company get away with it either if he says it's 'just chickens'. Let him foot the bill for your chicken's health. Sue if you have to get their attention (though I hope they will comply). I know that sounds drastic but who knows how many other lawns they mis-sprayed in the past.

Put activated charcoal or burnt wood in the coop. Sometimes they'll peck it if they feel sick. In the wild, you'll sometimes she chickens picking at ash after fires.
