HELP!!!! If a egg still rocks and chripping is it shrink wrapped?

Looking normal, though still ugly.

After looking at the facts of that hatched ones and eggbiopsy of the remained . Here is my synopsis of why this hatch was so bad.
Temp to high. During the entirety of the hatch.
6 years ago my 1st hatch, this one is only my 2nd, I had a 100% hatch rate with the same LG still air incubator they all hatched the same day. Using the same temp 102 and humidity levels for this hatch.
Even though I have the same digital therometer I used from 6 years ago and it works except for the humidity sensor, it's been dropped several times and left outside in the elements more than once. So I bought a new therometer. In the incubator the new read 102 the old beat up one read 104. So obviously I trust the new one.
Facts:
Even though there was a power outage at day 13 and I expected delays one chick pip and hatched at day 19, 2 at 20,.
One had 5 toes which I've read could be due to high temps. .
The eggtopsy's showed full developed chicks that were so big busted their yolk sacks or got positiond strange.
Just what I think. Was probably at 104 while I thought I was at 102 the entire time.

Also when I put the 3 chicks in the broder they wanted to be as far from that heat lamp as possible. Like they were enjoying the cool.

I've had my woes with temp and humidity issues. Neither are fun.

Just FYI, Silkies are supposed to have 5 toes.

UPDATE. So at first the chick struggles, head down, lethargic, off balance. I held it and put a little saucer of water right under its beak, drank a lot, after a few hours thought maybe moving it to the broder with the other 3 chicks 'supervised' would help, like a change of scene, right when I was about to give up and take it back to the incubator out of no where the guy sprinted jumped on the food tray and flew 4" over the water I had put out for it. At this point still has not ate real food but been using save-a-chick in its water. So that night I let some chick feed dissolve in water and feed it with a dropper then back in the incubator over night , which I cleaned and lined with paper towels, Wake up in the morning and all it can do is lay down and is frantically flapping its wings going in circles, cannot stand. At this point I lost hope, put it in a card board box inside the broder with food and water from the night before. Was trying to decide if i should just cull it when and an hour later I went back in the room to expect a dead chick. It was standing and drinking water on it's on, not super energetic but keeping its head up at least and walking around. Thought it was going to be okay. Then this afternoon it can now only seem to walk backwards. And is chipping crazy loud. Had to assist giving it water. What's wrong with this thing? It's up and down within hours.

sugar high? maybe? I've had chicks not be able to gain their balance for a few days. usually by day 3 they figure it out if they're going to get better.

not really sure what to recommend the cheeping is likely either it doesn't like the temperature or it's lonely. maybe see how it does out in the rest of the brooder with the other 3.
