HELP!!!! If a egg still rocks and chripping is it shrink wrapped?

The air cell end is closest to the camera? Looks like those veins were damaged where it pipped and likely wont get smaller. It looks ready to get out to me. Even with the veins not being fully absorbed. If the yolk is gone you can pull chickie out.
Yes, air cell closest to the camera, also after looming a little more inside I can clearly see yellow where the yolk sake would be. Now what? Also getting worried about the shivering. Any ideas?

Is it a light yellow like cooked scrambled eggs or dark yellow with blood veins in it. The shivering could be because its laying on its back it makes it harder for them to breathe.

More like a sunny up / over easy fried egg yellow

Feed it some sugarwater and that got it going and now it's out. Looks like alot of mess left in the shell

If you can't get nutridrench, you can get poly vi sol baby drops without iron.

Make sure the chick is eating chick starter and drinking water. you might need to fix splayed lags or bent toes. Also, watch for pasty butt. Hard hatching can cause these problems

Thanks going to get some now. Also it' dragging the shell around as the membrane and maybe still some yolk are attached. Cannot get a pic it will not stay still long enough. Figured I'd let it naturally fall off

Sometimes you need to use a moist Q tip to remove the shell. Be careful of the navel--You do not want to pull anything there--could pull out intestines

I would get the shell off the chick if possible. If it is stuck too hard it can pull the chick’s guts out through the umbilical.
