Help ill chicken !

I am a proud owner of a Warren 5 year old chicken but unfortunately recently she has been acting a little weird. She is off her food and only eats a little when finally encouraged , she has lost a lot of weight , does tiny droppings , sneezes and during the day just stands still looking depressed in corner of her run .I am really concerned about her any advice please ???

I wonder if she has a respiratory issue. For now, maybe give her some scrambled egg, and electrolytes if you have/can get them. Do you know how long she’s been acting like this? What are you feeding her?
