Help ! Ill chickens !!!

So I previously had this with two polish and was unsure. But this morning I lost one of my old hens and the same is happening to one of the newest editions please help. She is lathargic shutting her eyes and rocking backwards and forwards without a desire to eat or drink. It’s killing my entire flock and I don’t know what to do. I have previously seen rats before but not recently.

have you checked for lice or mites?

I’ve been checking her over and I can’t see any she has some dry skin but the enclosure she is in is well cleaned. The two that have passed this morning were in separated parts of the coop too
