Do you think she might be calling for her sister because she saw her sister die? Is her crowing an important thing to worry about

If she is eating, drinking and acting normal otherwise, she is probably fine. If the rooster is overly abusive to the hens, perhaps he should find a new home.

Sourland gave you very good advice. You don't need a rooster that is abusive. Plenty of very good roosters are available at low or no cost because many places will not allow them
