A fellow teacher in my school has chicken eggs in an incubator awaiting hatch. She set the eggs on March 22 in the morning, like 8:00. Would you count that day as day one or wait until the following day to count it as day one? She locked down on Friday morning with no sign of anything really happening today...no pips or cheeps. What do you all think? We know we had live chicks in seven eggs on Friday because they were moving when candled.

no matter if you count it or not but it's very close for you, just let the bator , do NOT open it until the last peep come out,,
