Help- in a panic

My BKS duckling just hatch. It had a very difficult time and was drying out. It was stuck in threads of green goo which was holding him back. Now that he's out he's not walking and still has yolk attached to him. What could I do? First time hatcher here.

I believe the yolk sac will still absorb so I wouldn’t mess with it just yet.
