I'm just not sure who knows most about diy bators.

Ive noticed @KikisGirls is good at "ghetto bators"

How long have the eggs been in this bator?
What day are you on?
Have you recently candled?

I'm trying to figure out what is gong on here.
Anyone care to help me with the above questions?

Is the problem the eggs were moved to a bottom rack/shelf where it is too cold?
Move them back up if so.


If the problem is the temp not staying high enough....hm..
let me think.

My understanding was the problem started when the eggs were moved

Candled at day 15. Not sure when they were moved down. Can't turn off the turner. Temps were ideal couple inches above the eggs, likely cooler at egg height.

O boy.
This does not sound good.
Candling an egg is not going to kill it.
Too low of temperature will though.
Just candle a few and get some pics.
AND move the eggs back to where the temps were good.

I don't think the temps were ideal there. Likely they shouldn't be in lockdown yet anyway.
