It's day 32 , 1 duck yesterday, nothing so far today what do I do

I would candle and tap the eggs to see if you can see any movement in them or hear anything in them. I usually wait 5 days after due hatch date before turning the incubator off. If you really want to you could then open the eggs to see what has happened to them and why they didn't hatch. There is a diagnosing hatch failure in the learning centre.
