HELP INCUBATOR TEMPATURE

Yes the temp is actually dropping I can touch the incubator and feel it and we’ll the chicks haven’t exactly pipped they are about to very soon the are chirping and rolling around

Where is the sensor for the temp in relation to the heating element? You might actually be ok here.....

The tempature is at 78.8

Really you just need to treat your formerly "forced air" incubator like a "still air" incubator.

So yes, find a way to raise the temp close to 100.

Try to get a thermometer, a heat lamp some damp cloth and try to hatch with the made up incubator. Do you have a cooler? To put it in? Make sure there’s enough humidity, and temp to 99.8 to 100 or do just like what @paneubert suggested.
