Help! Internal pip 24 hours now no movement

I have a goose that has internally pipped 24 hours ago. It was peeping and I could see movement. I did not see any progress after 24 hours so I did a quick candle and there is no movement.

Did my baby die?

Not necessarily. I found this old post that explains times of internal pipping to hatching.

It's been some time since you posted this. Sorry nobody answered sooner, but how's it going?

Can't speak for geese.
But with smaller birds - just gently run a thumbnail from the pip out a bit to restart the process. They can dry out if it is too hot and then they don't make it.
