Help! Intestines hanging out of just hatched chick.

The baby jumped out of a tall plastic cup inside the incubator. I've now added one layer of cheesecloth to the top secured with a rubber band to help prevent more escapes. The sac looks darker and like it's starting to shrivel. I applied some bacitracin ointment.

If it’s shrinking it can probably be out to run around now
As long as it can’t get caught on anything all should be fine

Yes.
Damage from trying to get out of a cup can be worse than letting it run around.

She’s running around in the brooder eating, drinking and pooping just fine. A little wobbly so I’ll still keep watch, but the yolk sac looks like a small raisin now and no one has tried to peck at it so far.

I've had guineas hatch with that, and they never made it. Not to be negative, just trying to warn you. Hopefully the baby makes it! That looks like a yolk sac, not organs. They may be an underdeveloped chick

Give her raw yolk and add nutri drench to their water, thats a good boost of nutrition.

More like a few hours. One had a kink, and I needed to cull it. With the other, I went to school, and when I got back, it was gone. I needed to assist both in hatching. Now I know to never assist guineas with hatching.
