Help.....is chick 2 going to survive

Hi, I have got 2 little chicks, both hatched out on day 20, chick 1 is thriving well but chick 2 had a rupyured yolk sack and looks a bit odd at the back end, the yolk sack has dried up and he is doing everything chick 1 is doing but it is smaller and Im not sure if it will be able to poo.....any advice??
