Help! Is it a girl or boy? And what do I do?

So at the beginning of February I got 3 ISA pullets from someone locally. I was told they’d lay in 2-3 months time. Around the 4th of March one of the girls developed a bigger comb and wattles than the other two. She is the dominant one and the biggest one. A couple of weeks ago she started a bit of moulting and the feathers that have come in are a little different. Then the last few days she started to crow. Now, I know ISA are sex linked for colour. Girls are brown. I called up the person I bought them from and she said she got them as chicks and was told all female. I know that some girls can rarely (due to ovary damage) turn to boy. None of them have started laying yet. Help. Is it not/girl and what do I do?
pictures - the one that crows is biggest with white feathers around neck and bum and comb and wattle is bigger compared to other two.

Did this person hatch the birds themselves or were they selling chicks they sourced from a hatchery? Pics of when you got them so we can age them?

I gotta tell you that one REALLY looks like a cockerel. Look at its saddle feathers.
