HELP!!! Is it Mareks?

I have a 10 month old BO rooster who suddenly cannot stand without falling over. He shuffles around on both feet. He is eating and drinking when placed in front of him.

It could be Mareks. Are there any cuts around his feet?

He has also developed runny diarreah.
