Help is it pox or just from a fight??

Hi I just noticed this black pox on chicken she didn’t have it this morning she is eating no destress acting fine anything to worry? Is it contagious? Dose she need treatment. Thank you in advance

Looks more like peck marks than pox to me. I'd just keep an eye on her.
