Help is my chicken dying!!!!!!

How does he react when you pick him up. Did you look for wound from another bird? Can you put a perch in his cage.. When a bird lays on his belly he simply has a hard time breathing. He has air sacks along with lungs. Try putting him on a perch this takes pressure off his breast and crop this may help him relax a bit.
I find this helped my sick bird, i had to lower the perch for her to hop on it.

From the pic i looks like he has No room to move anywhere. The lamp box and four walls seem to restrict his moving in any direction. Have you looked for a wound from another bird? Bring him inside for care. Call Exotic Avian vet asap if he continues to not move once he has more space.
I don't see any injuries. The space I gave him is the only thing I have any there is one side that has the heat Lamp on it and the other side doesn't. I gave him food and water but he isn't eating unless I hand feed him and he is only eating eggs and strawberries. He doesn't want to eat the feed I give him. I put him outside to see if he would walk when we sees his girlfriend but he Is refusing to move. I scheduled a appointment and they will see him at 4 or 5 today.

He has a little perch I added and he wont go on it. I have to physically put him on it and he is acting the same.

Many chickens live where temps get below 0 so I don't think it would be the cold. Do you have other chickens? Are they acting normal?
I have 8 other chickens and chicks and they are acting normal, I thought it was the cold because it started when the cold hit, he is also very small.

Being that he is so small, like a small dog or a baby once they get cold they do not produce enough heat to KEEP AND STAY warm. IF a bird is stressed in anyway it needs all its energy to heal from the stress. However a stressed cold bird simply cannot make enough heat to keep the high temp he needs to stay warm.. Age can be a factor also. My 12yr old chicken is unable to regulate her temp. She is in 75F home yet she is cold. How do I know this? She was standing in one place head tucked, fluffed up feathers and her feet were cold. I installed a pet heated pad on floor of her house and installed a 150w ceramic reptile heat no light heat emmitter. She is now active and lays on and near heat as needed. Which is quiet often proving she cannot produce her own heat. A sick chick simply can not rewarm up out help.. A warm blanket does help at first but if chick cannot retain that heat it gets worse. A chick in a blanket looks ok but may really be getting cold. I know it makes no sense.. But if a heater is broken putting a blanket on it will not make heater produce heat.. A sick chicks heater is broken and simply may not produce enough heat to be reflected back to itself. I hope this helps.

Hypothermia in Chickens

Another sign that your chickens are too cold is hypothermia. This life threatening issue can set in if chickens get chilled and can’t properly warm themselves back up. It can happen when chickens get wet, maybe from standing outside in rain or snow, or if they’re exposed to a cold draft in the coop. Hypothermia in chickens is pretty obvious. They’ll go stiff, eyes staring or closed, and their body will be cold to the touch.

How to Treat Hypothermia in Chickens:

If you find a chicken suffering from hypothermia, take it indoors right away. Warm a towel in the microwave and wrap it around the bird. Once the chicken starts coming to, you can move it to a small animal cage or box with some cozy pine shavings, clean straw, or even some old blankets. Place the box under a heat lamp or near a heat source like a wood stove or radiator.

Opinions expressed here are based on facts, trial and error, 20yrs in dealing with poultry inside and outside of my home. Subjects are researched so an informed opinion is offered. Take what you like. Leave the rest.. If it works please tell me. If it does not understanding chickens are not always treatable does not make life easier but it is a fact.
It is my genuine hope that all our babies are safe sound happy and loved.
