Help.. Is my unhatched egg still alive...

I had 8 eggs in my incubator, 6 hatched.. I candled the remaining 2. Big air pocket, i can see a full grown chick but no movement. I still see a couple of viens. What should i do?

What day of incubation are you on and how long ago did others hatch?

Can you take the unhatched egg into a very dark room..shine a light into the air cell and get a clear photo or video of what you see?

Today is day 22. They others all hatched within the last 32 hrs. I posted pics of the 2 that i just candled.

There's no harm in leaving them in the incubator for one more day but I think both of these eggs quit already.
Are you sure you're not seeing any movement along the edge of the darkness?

I try not to keep them out very long.. But the minute i watched i did not see anything.
