HELP, is this a roo or hen?!?

I’m very new to chickens but this little one has me concerned it might be a roo! Can anyone tell? It’s a chocolate Orpington about 3 weeks old.

It looks like a black Orpington, not a chocolate. I agree with @sourland in terms of gender ID.
