Help! : Is this a rooster or a hen?

Soooo I bought this Easter Egger and now it's about 7 or 8 weeks old. In the morning I hear a slight crow, however I've read this might be a pecking order behavior as my new flock establishes itself. I'm thinking it's a rooster though. Thoughts? This is my first flock and i'm learning...

PS- that's wood pulp, not poop he/she is standing on

Dang it... welp, i'm glad he's good looking because i'm about to post him up in the 'free' section. If anyone here wants him, just PM me. I'm located in Los Angeles and would be happy to have someone pick him up. He's pretty nice and a really nice size.
