Help! is this a rooster?

Hi, I have a sexed female Jersey Giant that looks quite a bit like a rooster to me. Can anyone tell me if this is this a rooster? He/she is about 4-5 months old and is not crowing.

Oh my gosh! I just gave away 3 silkie roosters and then got and raised this one cuz I thought they would be more accurate when they came sexed. I have had horrible luck this year.
