Help is this angel wing? What do I do?

Hi my new duck has a droopy wing. What do I do for this? I tried to take a picture so you can see how it's one wing hangs down.

@mommaundertaker Your duckling is growing in it's flight feathers and they are full of blood so until he/she gets the strength to hold them up where they normally will they will droop then he will adjust then they will droop again and he will adjust. This is very normal. Angel wing is when the wing stick out like a hitch hikers thumb.
