I need help w/ knowing if I've got a rooster or not. It was supposed to be a pullet but I am very suspicious. The chicken in question is the black, white, and brown one. I also do wonder about the leghorn right next to it, but at least the leghorn's tail feathers aren't so long. The chickens are about 8 weeks old. My city barely changed the zoning to allow for chickens, so having chickens is new and I really don't want any crowing to upset my neighbors. I would rather get rid of the chicken before that happens, if it for sure is a rooster. And sorry for the photos - I uploaded and reuploaded, changed orientation, and the photos come out the same. I have no idea why.

Usually red combs at 8 weeks suggests roo, but EEs are tricky to sex, so I wouldn't bet my money one way or the other just yet. The leghorn, however, looks like a boy for sure.

I'm not good at standing on my head but don't think that's a leghorn either...if you look close it looks like it has a red earlobe in the first picture-can see just a tiny bit of it but it sure doesn't look white...plus it doesn't have a leghorn tail-even legohorn pullets have long tails or the correct body shape ...all that is from an upside down pic though...
EE is 100% boy White and the white one is as well..8 weeks and that comb no matter the breed says one thing Cock-A-Doodle-Doo

I'd say 2 boys.

My leghorn is 18 weeks and doesn't have the comb your baby does.

My 14 week EE pullets have no red to their combs yet. My roo did (until he was killed by a dog a month ago.)
