Help is this gapeworm?

my hen has been unenergetic and she was really most energetic in the flock and she has recently had no appetite and no laying production. She has been breathing w her mouth open and poops liquid

Can’t you provide a video? That would help a lot. Gapeworm is rare in the USA and CA.
