HELP! ITS SPREADING!

I can upload more pics toomorrow, as for a UNI no theres not.

Feet on your rooster look swollen, have you checked for leg mites? Are there any black spots on combs and have they crusted over or any change in appearance or do they still look like they do in your photo. If your climate was cold i would think possibly frostbite.

Well, maybe you can sends pictures to one then, if there is not one nearby. Where in Australia are you? Only other thing I can suggest is some government agency that deals in agriculture. Maybe they would have some suggestions for you. I sure hope you can find an answer, I would sure like to know.

I didnt end up being able to get pictures.

As for the spots I have checked for mites, I don't think thats the problem there is black spots on the comb and one or two on other chckens have looked crusty like. Our climate is not cold enough for frost bite i don't think although we did just come out of winter.

I live in Queensland in murpheys creek.

thankyou to everyone!

Could it be pox? I know that can show up on combs and wattles and such and may be in the crusting over part right now. I have never heard of it showing up on legs though. :/

Im not too sure, I've seen it on some other chickens, but not like this. Mostly the combs. Quite a few are getting black spots on their combs. Otherwise they seems healthy. For this little guy somedays its so obvious and he looks awful and other day its faint he runs around fine.
