Help - leghorn hen suddenly Ill

My leghorn hen (appx 11 months old) has suddenly become lethargic and slow, and has crackly/wet breath sounds and labored breathing. She hasn’t laid an egg in 3-4 months. This has started in the last 24-36 hours. We have isolated her feom the rest of the flock. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestion?

Didn’t realize it posted twice. She seems to have made a full recovery. We have no idea what is going on with her.
