Help! Lethargic hen not looking well at all...

Look her skin over tiny moving bugs for lice or mites under her vent and elsewhere. I would get some Poultry NutriDrench and give her a few drops up to 2 ml daily. Are these young pullets who havene’t laid yet? I would be tempted to get some Corid at your feed store and treat for coccidiosis. Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5-7 days. If you could get a fecal test tomorrow at your local vet to look for worms and coccidiosis, that would be good. If you cannot, I would consider worming her with Valbazen or Safeguard Liquid Goat Wormer.

I know you said you got them a week ago about, do you know how old they are? Do you know when she last laid? What did you worm with, and dose? Coccidiosis is always a concern when moving birds to new ground, and Corid is safe so I'd be inclined to treat her to be safe. Do you feel any abdominal bloat, or hardness in her abdomen (below vent, between legs)?

Use Ivernectin pour on for cows use 1-2 drops foreach pound she ways you will have to do everyone and clean and spray coop as well

Thank you so much for the suggestions. We've had a few really hot days recently, and I kept an eye on them making sure they were drinking and had enough shade. The wyandotte panted for a bit, but then had some water and seemed to be alright again.
I just gave her some mash and she seems to be enjoying it, half is gone already. :)

Where can i get electrolytes suitable for a chicken?

I just felt her abdomen and it feels like there's a lump just above the back part of the sternum/breastbone. It's protruding out on her left side. Is that what you meant?

I gave them wormout gel with Praziquantel 20g/L and Oxfendazole20g/L (2ml/160ml of water) They all had it, but Butternut was a bit lethargic then too.
