Help. Limping duck

Yesterday my duck started limping. Today I have confined her to a crate after thoroughly inspecting her feet for bumblefoot. (It was hard because they're black but they looked and felt fine) then I inspected her knees and when I touched her one she pulled it away and made some loud noises. I'm thinking a sprain?? What can I do to make it better? I've upped her niacin to be safe on that and confined her to have her rest it. Anything more I can do? And do you think it is a sprain or something else? Treat it no different than as if you sprained your leg....She might get stressed out away from the other Ducks...I would just leave her with the flock and don't free range for a few days....

Ok! Thank you! She seems to be ok away from them but I'll put her back out and keep her confined! We only free range so I'll have to rig something up for now
