help, liquid discharge,

hi group, don't know if my last post went through. one of my hens is having liquid discharge form the mouth, gurgling, lethargic, wife is massaging her neck and crop now. any ideas.

Have you checked for blocked or sour crop? Any other symptoms?

Like @nuthatched said, it sounds like sour crop. The crop might feel huge and squishy, a little like a water balloon. And the fluid will smell rancid.
