HELP LITTLE CHICK WITH SWULLEN EYE

Please help if you know what to do about a little chick with one eye swullen shut??? It was more than double in size!! I don't know for sure what happened??? It was over night!! Maybe it got pecked by another chicken--they were new!!!

They are likely ill. I hope they are quarantined.

I would return them from where you got them.
