Hi, I'm very new to this website but I saw that there are many knowledgeable people on here so I beg for assistance!
.
Its day 28 for my remaining eggs (2 have had an assisted hatch on day 25 or 26) so after doing a water test (they all sank to the bottom with no float) I decided to peak inside one of them. I made a small hole in the air cell and saw the membrane. A tiny piece of shell fell on it and I saw some blood..after adding water to the membrane lightly I saw movement in the egg!
.
Luckily, I stopped the minor bleeding with a wet q-tip asap. I'm worried though for the chick! The membrane was opaque white and appeared like it was shrink wrapped in the membran...it loosened up a little bit after applying lightly warmed water to it.
.
.
.
What do I do now? Do I waitfie the egg to IP or should I help it once the blood is absorbed?? I'm really concerned!
