Help ! Lone gosling hatched. Need advices

I just hatched out one goose
I set 3 eggs and 2 made into lockdown with 1 I know for sure is good
Just candled the other one, it's gone.
I still have 3 more in the incubator with one looks promising and I can see movements. So I think I can expect one more goose to hatch

Now I'm wondering how I should brood this one
I'm keeping it, so I really want it to be friendly with me. I have 15 ducklings hatched out 3 days ago.
Shall I brood them together or wait n see if the other goose egg hatches

What will you do in this situation ?

I would put it with the ducklings for now. By 3 weeks it should be significantly larger and you will want to separate them.

Okay if I have another one hatched they should be similar size and I'll keep them together

How long will it take for the gosling to stand up
I just took her out of the incubator to have a look and noticed that she can't really stand up. I assume she is still resting and regain strength. She hatched out sometime this afternoon so maybe less than 12 hours ago

He is out now
All perked up and chirping loudly when left alone lol
So I just had a duck hatched in the incubator too put him in with the gosling
