HELP! Losing chicks!

So sorry! What a shame. How long were they shipped for?

Shipped on Wednesday, arrived Friday. They were a bit chilly and definitely thirsty.

I've had trouble getting chicks shipped to Willow, if they don't arrive in Anch on the 1st flight to leave at 5 am, they don't get here, and sit a whole day and night in Anch, I'm wondering if that happens for you too. I have chicks shipped to a friend in Wasilla, they get 2 deliveries from Anch a day, one early and one gets there about 1pm. Also Anthony at Triple D Hatchery off the Parks Hwy near Wasilla will order chicks for you if you talk to him and find out when he's ordering. He really doesn't charge that much for his chicks, he gets them shipped to him in LARGE quantities. I got some Polish from him 3 weeks ago and all are alive and doing well, and were cheaper than I could have gotten them shipped to me, at least ALL were doing GREAT when I got them.

They probably ended up sitting an extra night, wouldn't surprise me.

I just wanted to get some different roos that aren't carried at Triple D. Gonna go with what I have now and in the future will ask him about it, or go in with a larger order with someone.

Nancy I have 14 left that SEEM to be doing great, when I put my head in the freezer and talk to them they go flying around the freezer wondering where I am... did that just once and it was unintentional...lol

I lost a Black SexLink, a Cornish and two Cubalayas.
