Me too. I cooked my black copper Marans. It said 37.5C but when I tested it the temperature was 106F.

Omg. Its a death machine. Do you have any recommendations for me that wont break my pocket book that will hatch eggs not assassinate them???

If you can rewire a table lamp with good instructions, you can build a good incubator. Key to a good hatch is calibrating your thermometers to 100* using a good quality medical grade thermometer, calibrating your hygrometer, using dry hatch method, and knowing your incubator for possible warm/cool zones, and adjusting egg position to accommodate for that. Read all of hatching eggs 101 in the learning center.

I agree with @lazy gardener. Did you calibrate/check your thermometer to make sure it was reading temperatures properly ?

No i thought the machine would be accurate as tge temp displayed or close to it....

I kept up religiously with the weight of eggs and they all lost right what they should of.

It's the incubator. I had the same thing happen. It's gotten too hot and "cooked" the eggs.

Did you buy another incubator after this horrible of a t th thing they refer to as incubator?

Thanks I've tried several styrofoam coolers boxes etc i had one almost hatch my first round without a hygrometer in my garage without a hygrometer it unzipped and everything but then i moved it. Thats closest ive came unless te two left in the oven 'batorbator' hatch. Doubtful.
