HELP LOST FOUR EGGS IN BATor with No dents or holes randomly oozing fluid

After this POS I bought a Janoel-12 which did pretty good. It's tougher this time of year, to keep it a stable temperature. I had bad hatch rates using dry incubation with the JN-12, but with adding water I got 70-80% hatch rates.

Go to eBay and get the Brinsea Mini Eco 7 egg incubator. It is like the fabulous Brinsea Mini Advance except you turn the eggs yourself instead of auto-turning. I saw one there for only 50.00 the other day.

We had one do this, and I read the most likely cause was bacterial infection inside the egg when I got them.

But the eggs arent just from one hen. I have had positively two different hens eggs do this (one brown bo and one ee) have three hens eggs in and started with five green eggs one tan orphington's egg.. Now two easter eggs left. Tomorrow night is expected hatch date...we shall see. Not expecting them to hatch tho

No matter how expensive or inexpensive the incubator is, you will not have a good hatch if you don't start out with calibrated thermometers. Bee Kissed hatched eggs successfully with a heating pad. But, she had a calibrated thermometer. I can't stress this enough. Don't blame the incubator, until you have calibrated your equipment.

Out of curiosity, I'm sure you did fine, but did you add humidity, or not, or record humidity or turn the eggs? Those are important factors we need to put into the hatching process. Our first failed hatch was when we put them in upsideown because we were uninformed. The second time, we hatched duck eggs after a broody gave up on that. The third time we unplugged it. After that we trusted the broodies better than ourselves.

We tried duck eggs by ourselves, but they cooked for some reason. We are going to try again next year.

Yes, i turned them regularly until Lockdown . and i made sure every night it would be on side with x one night then the next night marked with o. Ok, i doubt they will hatch but just incase should i clean off tray where the one was theres some residue left from it where it was.. Thankfully the eggs were spaced far apart werent touching eachother! I know i better hurry its day 20 but if i shockingly have a hatch dont wanr it stumbling in the yuck from the bad egg

Interesting i lowered the temperature after reading this just a little. Not like things can get worse. Btw green stuff was in egg ew out if curiosity i looked.
