Help - Lots of Soft Shell Eggs

My 3 hens just started laying an egg each a day 2 days ago. Was so excited to see 3 each a day for 2 days. I was only getting 2 a day from three hens (they are young) Only about 19-20 weeks old...and then low and behold there were 3 beautiful eggs in the nesting box and a very soft shelled 4th on the floor of the run! Give them egg laying mash, grit and oyster shell. Just did a bit of free range with them for a couple of hours each on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday)/ Should I be concerned?
