Hi I can't seem to get my humidity above 65 in lockdown. I have fill the reservoirs, a bowl with sponges. What else can I do? I have a LG with air.

Are the vent holes plugged? As they start to get closer to hatch the humidity should go up on its own as well caused by the chicks themselves. 65 % isnt danger zone, I wouldnt worry unless it goes below 60. Also how accurate is your hygrometer?

Vents are open, the humidity was lower around 50 but went up when I added more water and a bowl with a sponge in it. I hate to say it but I don't know how accurate it is. Maybe I ought to buy a new one and make sure it is accurate. I have another egg zip right now. One did yeaterday but stopped.
Thanks for the help
